Who doesn’t?

It’s such a great motivator to me. Appreciation is my fuel. Any time I sense that I am appreciated, it just give me the energy to do something good.

That’s why I try to be very generous with my gratitude, too. It doesn’t matter how small or expected the act is. If it’s anything to be appreciated, and many, many things are, then I say thanks. I want to feed you the energy of gratitude. I want us to enjoy life.

There is much to be grateful for. I have a great family who are all healthy (if common colds and flu are the extent of our health problems, I’d gladly take it), have a terrific day job, have a great life-long dream to pursue and am generally surrounded by nice people.

A perfect environment to create heavy and convoluted music about despair, sorrow and isolation. Don’t you think?
